Planning filming days

With the due date of April 12th rapidly approaching we have started to plan exact dates for filming. We decided since there is still COVID going around that the fewer people there the better, also Miami is a shlep so the whole group does not need to drive all the way down there if they don't have a task in the filming portion of this project. We also decided that we wanted to have 2 different camera angles so 2/3 people in our group are going to the filming days. I reached out in a group chat I have with 2 of the girls on the Sunsations to figure out specifics. During spring break I am only available March 23rd & March 25th and Janey was also available these days. So we gave them the option of those two days but they said either worked. I suggested we should film on March 23rd just in case we need to refilm something or film more. One of the girls was only free after 5:00 so we will be filming at 5:15.
