Reflection

As the due date for this project is quickly approaching I want to take the time to reflect on the development and ultimate completion. 

Overall I really enjoyed this process and learned so much. At first, the planning process was difficult because my group kept thinking too big. We kept creating like a short film layout instead of just a 2-minute opening scene. Once we passed that obstacle the project was pretty smooth. Another issue that occurred was scheduling. Having four people in a group is hard because everyone has very different schedules so It was hard to plan filming dates. We figured out different dates that worked to make sure each group member was at least one day of filming. One last obstacle and the major obstacle was the obvious, coronavirus. My group was lucky enough to have finished filming before everything was shut down. We were determined to get all of our filming done before spring break and we did, we finished filming 2 weeks before spring break...right before our state went into lockdown. From that, I learned It is always good to be ahead and to expect the unexpected. The curve that COVID-19 threw our way was that we couldn't meet to edit so one group member had to do It all on her own. She would send us rough drafts and asks for feedback, she did an amazing job with the editing. I really like how our final product turned out and can't wait for you all to see It!
